Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order at your own expense. Please send an email to info@paulejosephe.com indicating your order number, and the item(s) you wish to send back. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please ensure that the items are unworn and new. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the client at their cost.
In exchange we can send you a gift card of the same value or you can exchange it for another item of the same value. If the
item you want is more expensive than the previous one, you can pay the difference. If the item is cheaper than the previous one, you will receive the difference in the form of a gift card. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. We can’t provide a money refund.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Brussels, Belgium.
